Includes 3 inch white, termite resistant bora foam installed on all crawlspace walls, 12 mil vapor barrier on crawlspace floor and piers, an E-70 or E-100 Commercial Dehumidifier ( Based on size of crawlspace), Vent blocks, and other sealant materials.

Includes cleaning of infected surfaces using a commercial mold cleaner and also a mold coating used to prevent further mold up to  5 years.

Installation of E-70 or E-100 Commercial Dehumidifiers.

Includes installation of sump pump kit.

Includes trench in crawlspace lined with gravel and piping that allows water to flow to the sump pump.
