A partial crawlspace encapsulation works mainly like the total encapsulation except we do not remove the insulation in the home and therefore the bora foam is not used on the walls. We use all other materials listed in the total crawlspace description. The 12 mil vapor barrier is attached to your crawlspace walls using a special fastener that is safe for your home and also helps seal the liner to your crawlspace.
